Both our Sittingbourne and Sheerness shops are open as normal Monday to Saturday. You can order at any time via the website as normal. 

To book your own 30 minute Appointment  when visiting the Sittingbourne branch visit Both our shops are open to the Public and there is no need to book a prior appointment however access is Limited to 1 customer group per visit. We strongly recommend that you book an appointment for Larger purchases or a new uniform as there will be no need to queue.

To stop the spread of COVID-19 and to keep our staff and customers safe it is not possible at this time to try uniform items on. However disposable measuring tapes are available and customers can view the products in all dimensions.

The Safety and Well-being of our Customers and Colleagues is our number one priority- Therefore as a responsible retailer we ask that you purchase online where this is possible. We have made our returns policy flexible to accommodate any exchanges required (see below). There is a size Chart for every garment at the top of each school's specific page.

Please place any school uniform orders for September 2020 no later than Friday 31st of July 2020 as supply may be impacted for any out of stock items due to COVID-19. Therefore orders placed after this date cannot be guaranteed to arrive in time for the New September 2020 Term.

Items can be Exchanged until the end of October 2020 if purchased after 16/4/20 provided that they are in they are in their original Saleable condition with Tags and original packaging.
