We are still waiting to receive a small percentage of items and we sincerely apologise for the frustration and concern this delay is causing. Like many businesses, we have faced significant supply challenges as a result of the pandemic. These have ranged from disruptions at factories, international shipping delays, port blockages and local lorry driver shortages, to more local staff shortages as a result of the ‘pingdemic’ and positive Covid cases. Unfortunately, all these challenges are continuing to impact on the delivery and availability of some stock and customer orders. We have been keeping schools fully informed of the reasons for these delays.
Please be assured we are quickly processing stock as soon as it arrives to fulfil all remaining orders. If you are still waiting to receive your order, you will receive a notification once your goods have been received and are being dispatched.
All Orders Required for September 2021 should be placed no later than Friday the 30th of July 2021 to ensure that they arrive in time for the start of Term
- The majority of school uniform items are produced overseas in countries impacted by COVID-19, so factories may close
- While every effort is made to ensure on time delivery this is something outside of our control, so we urge all parents to order by the end of July at the latest as many items like bespoke Sportswear can be delayed up to 6 months
- Due to the seasonal pattern of demand, orders which are placed during the month of August are likely to take at least 16 Working Days before dispatch (Stock Dependent), so for a promt service please kindly order during June or July
- If your child grows out of an item and an Exchange of Size is needed. Our Exchange Policy is extended until three weeks after schools return in September, so please order Early with confidence
- Please leave Tags/Packaging on any items until you have tried them on your child a few weeks before school starts and are happy with the sizing. This will allow us to Exchange any items of uniform as needed
- Please do not visit to Collect until you have received a Confirmation Email stating that items are available
