Shop Orders, On-Line or Telephone Orders

Our hope is that you are entirely satisfied with your new uniform, but if for any reason you need to return a garment we are here to help. Our returns period is 14 days from the date you receive your order for either an exchange, credit on account or full refund*. Hopefully, this ensures that you have plenty of time to return any item that is unworn and in a saleable condition to us for a guaranteed exchange or refund**. Where possible, we ask that items are returned in original packaging with labels attached.

* Only items returned within 14 days of the date you received your order will receive a refund. Items returned after 14 days can be exchanged or receive a credit on account.

Please note: We cannot offer returns on the following items unless they are faulty

• Gumshields

• Goods made or supplied to a special order

• Items that have been personalised with pupils initials

• Nametapes

• Socks and Tights removed from outer packaging

• Undergarments

• Swimsuits with the protective gusset lining removed
